Tally ERP 9 is not responding while Closing

Hello,

I am facing one problem with tally erp 9 , while closing it is not responding, I have to go thru the Ctrl+Alt+ Del and do the end task option close the Tally..

My Os is w7 32bit Pro

Are your software producks registerd with Microsoft?
I am getting a warning when I ask for download of site blocker why?
Warning tells this is all coming from a personal computer why?
