Problem in copy paste from external hd

hi,

I have recently started facing problem with my external hardisk (Seagate hd 2 tb). when I connect the hd to pc its showing all the folders and files I can even open them but when I try to copy them it stops working. sometimes it started to copy paste but after few seconds speed dropped to 30kbps/sec. I have also clean it through usbfix software whose report I m posting here
