There are two ways to remove virus from SD card:
Way 1: Scan your SD card with antivirus
If you have anti-virus on your computer (if not then install it now), then connect your card to your PC with the help of card reader and do full scan of your memory card. If any virus gets detected then simply remove them
Way 2: Run CMD command to remove virus from SD card
Second solution to remove virus from SD card is to run CMD command.
On your PC click Start > Type CMD in search programs and files and hit Enter.
A new command prompt window will get open. Now type the following command: attrib -h -r -s /s /d f:\*.* and hit ENTER. You need to replace “F” with your memory card drive letter name.
After this, Windows will repair your card and remove virus from your SD card.
