Getting irritated

Hello,
My son has a laptop Home windows 8 I can't get it to reboot or anything since some update over the weekend still saids please wait .But nothing I am know got into the InsydeH20 Setup Utility now what do I do help

So you have left it on "please wait" all night, it usually does the trick.
