Account Stolen--Email Address Changed

Hello! My sister's Facebook account was hacked and stolen, with all the information changed including phone numbers and passwords. Even when using Facebook's Help Center steps, she is not able secure or access the account. She has old passwords and the hacker's email addressed now attached to her account. How can she regain access? Please help and thank in advance!

Yes we did...unfortunately, since the hacker changed the email address and deleted hers these steps lead to a dead end where she still cannot access the account. Thanks for the suggestion! Let me know if you know of anything else we can try.

We did, also a dead end. Thanks though! She's tried reaching out to Facebook directly via reports and email with no luck. If anyone has had a successful experience, please share!
