PDF document "converted" to Word is NOT editable

I downloaded your PDF to Word conversion software. I then did a conversion so that I could do some editing of my document that I had previously created. I do not have the original Word version. But that converted text could not be edited. I do not understand the point of such a software that does NOT allow one to edit a document that presumably has been converted into word. Or perhaps it has NOT been converted? I have just wasted my time.

Hi

1. We are CCM and CCM does not create or design software. So you are barking up the wrong tree!

2. PDF format was create so that nobody will be able to edit it.

3. You should have saved your original word document.
