Several keys not working on vaio

Hello,
HI there can anyone help with my issue? Several of keys on my vaio suddenly I'sent working, now I done troubleshoot keyboard diagnostic and it's saying "text services framework is not running"

Any advice on how to fix please..

Reboot, run SFC /SCANNOW
