Windows 10 update broke wireless keyboard connection

Hello,





Tke keyboard was working fine. Cumulative update installed on April 17. 2017 installed but keyboard not working. I uninstalled the drivers then rebooted, also batteries test ok. any ideas?

Go to the last known good configuration, or go to installed updates tab, and remove the last one that was applied. See if that helps out.


Or boot without a keyboard attached, then when on Desktop, plug in and see it prompts for driver install.
