Laptop starting problem

Hello,

My laptop acer travelmate 6369 when i power it on it shows the light on the screen and displays the logo but it doesnt proceed from there it jst load alittle bit then the screen turns off and then it starts back and it continuosly repeat this without proceeding, whats the problem exactly?

See if you can boot into safe mode. If it boots, then run chkdsk and reboot. If it doesn't boot, the HDD is bad (99%). You can also remove all of the power, and remove the ram, and try to boot without ram. If it does not beep, or lights flash with RAM removed, the Motherboard is bad (99%)
