Problem not fixed. [Closed]

Hello, I never closed my account and it's not a Gmail acct it's Yahoo. It is ***@*** but it keeps saying wrong password or locked or I need to use a house computer why when I have always and am using mobile?
The email below is the one I made when I lost this one and needed a way to contact "support"
