How do I use conditional formatting in Excel

Hello, i am new on this excel things but, i need it for work..
so, here it goes.

is it possible if it like this ?

example : A B C

if A contain "spesific text" and B contains any number then C call for B value
both condition have to be met or leave it empty.

not sure if my english is right. hope someone understand and willing to help.

Try to use:

C1 --> =IF(AND(A1="DESIRED TEXT",ISNUMBER(B1)),B1,"")

Is that what you want?
