PC hangs a lot

My PC hangs a lot and my PC configuration is :---

2 GB RAM DDR3
Windows 7 Ultimate {service pack 1} 64-bit
Intel Pentium 5 @ 1.60 Ghz Dual Core
Shared System Memory 734 MB
No Graphic Card
Toshiba 500 GB {laptop drive} or before it i have used Western digital {desktop drive}


Please Help Me ...........

Maybe you have to specify more details, for example: What kind of tasks do you do, you can take a shot to the task manager in performance and process then upload here.

It start hanging from the beginning or it takes 5 min 30 sec to boot

Ok. Can you upload a screenshot of your pc's task manager? You have to right click in the taskbar then click in start manager, click in the tab perfomance, you will a graphic, cpu usage must be low.
