Router installed but wifi not working

Hello,
I have just bought a new internet connection with a new router. I have set it all up and registered in the online portal. But I cannot access web pages, means my internet is not working. The troubleshooting says Wi-fi is connected but no internet, although other Wi-fis are connecting fine. Please help !!

You need to contact your internet provider. They have the staff and debug tools to solve these type of problems.
