You need to make the provider aware of it. How did the hacker know you had a netflix account? It sounds like you have someone close to you , that you cannot trust!
The chances of a HACKER just phishing a netflix account after gaining access to a mailbox, is really low, considering there is alot more to look into to gain a more advantage to your personal stuff. You need to start asking all of your FRIENDS!
