Facebook Account Recovery

Hello, My name is Randy Herbst and i cannot get back to my original Facebook Page. (It was linked to my phone number, I believe). I had started setting up a professional Page as Rand Herbst (I think it was attached to my e.mail address.) I think I accidentally reassigned my phone number with my e.mail address (or vice-versa) and now i can only log on to my "Rand Herbst" page. My original seems to have disapeared. Any tips or thoughts on how I can get back to it would be much appreciated. I have really enjoyed my two and a half month hiatus from social media, but i am missing out on whats up with a few old friends.
