Sorry two more questions

1. Have you recently installed a new programme and if so which one?

2. Have you installed the most recent Windows updates for your Win 7?
0
I downloaded a demo version of fl studio recently and yes this is the latest win 7 version

Be prepared, this may require several steps to solve the issue.

1. Update all of your peripheral drivers.

2. Restore your system to a previous restore point, to a point before the problem occurred.

3. Go to command prompt type: sfc /scannow and press enter

4. In command prompt type chkdsk /f and press enter

5. If you still get the BSOD...

1. Open this link and download ZHPDiag :
https://nicolascoolman.eu
(Don't be alarmed is the site is in French, it sometimes happens, the tool will take your system language and allow the download if you get a warning message, ignore it.) Click on the download button

2. Save the file on your Desktop.

3. Double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the installation instructions.

(For Vista, Win 7 and 8 users, click right to ensure you execute with admin right)

4. Double click on the short cut ZHPDiag on your Destktop.

5 Click on scan
Wait for the tool to finished (maybe a long time)

6. Close ZHPDiag.

7. To transmit the report, click on this link :

http://www.tinyupload.com/index.php

8. Search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\desktop\zhpdiag.txt).

9. Copy the url link obtained from tinyupload and paste it here in your reply.

Hi again,

As I suspected, your machine is badly infected with unwanted software, hijackers and heuristic malware. I suggest that you are not careful as to what you download from the web and your Avira antivirus will not prevent or detect everything.

Please download ZHP Cleaner

https://nicolascoolman.eu

Click on "Telecharger"

Run the cleaning tool (click on scanner, then on "nettoyer or clean"

Finally, please run another ZHP Diag report and upload it as you did before.

Your BSOD episodes should now have come to an end.

Good luck
0
Okay okay, I will try that and thank you so much for this.. :)

Hello again :) uhm... I tried the one you gave me and did a successful clean on my computer, however, BSOD still appears when I turned on my laptop.. BTW, I scanned my PC again and here's the result.

Perhaps that the the next best thing is to restore your system to a previous restore point, before the problem occured. You should not lose any data.
0
I just did that and said that there are no restore points... I guess I'll have to replace the hard drive of this PC huh? It's okay though :)

The other option is to update all of your drivers.

Also ensure you have installed all of operating system's update.
0
Okay okay, I'll guess I'll do that one first in a repair shop since I don't know how.. Thank you so much... Oh one more question... are all HDD the same I mean in size and shape and if not. What kind of HDD I should buy for my laptop? Because I better prepare myself if ever it wont work with those options. Thank you for your help :)

Yhan

Yes, the HDD are the same for laptops.

Before you go through the expense of a new disk, why don't you restore your laptop to factory settings, like when you took out of the box ?

Here is how:

1. Save all your data in an external drive or in another partition different of C: because you'll lose everything after the system recovery.

2.You may access HP Recovery Manager at any time by restarting the computer and pressing F11 repeatedly before the Windows logo screen appears.
On the System Recovery panel, click Next.
PC Recovery will display "Backing up user data and settings."
PC Recovery will begin recovering Windows and application files.
PC Recovery will begin recovering user data and settings.
Upon completion, PC Recovery will display "The PC Recovery was successfully completed. Click restart to restart your PC or click Turn Off to turn off the PC. Click Restart.

Good luck

I will definitely try this one thank you so much :)
