My labtop shut down and there is no sign for the charger

Hello,
My labtop Toshipa has a broken battery so I depend completely on the charger. I was working on my labtop when suddenly it shut down and I found that the LED of the charger is off. I tried the charger on another lab top and it was working good.
So what happened to my labtop and how can I fix it if it can be fixed?

Looks like a power supply issue that only a qualified technician can attend to.
