Photo verify problem

When I open my I'd it asked to send a photo of myself then I send that. Then it shows Thanks for sending your photo. We'll get in touch with you shortly after we've reviewed it.
At the moment, your account has been disabled as a security precaution.
Now what to do ???

What are you talking about?

YOu have provided absolutely no details regarding what service!

You do understand you have posted on CCM.NET, and none of what you have described would ever happen here. We are confused!
