If you are being harrassed, then take it to court! You really need to contact facebook directly, as you have posted on CCM.NET, and we have nothing to do with Facebook policy, procedures!

Hi Josh,
Creating a new page before the other one was completely deleted was a big mistake.
Appealing numerous times will not speed-up the process, in the contrary, Facebook will feel harassed and you are bugging the system.
You are among ten of thousands waiting for a reply. You must be patient and wait your turn and it may take several weeks before you get yours.
