Sad news for Ashley
Unfortunately, if, when she created the account, she has not registered a secret question which she remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which she has access to receive a reset code, she cannot prove that she is the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
