Lenovo Yoga 300 laptop stuck on please wait

Hi, I'm using windows 8 on a Lenovo yoga 300 laptop. It's been stuck on a blue please wait screen, it happened last week when I was using it. I've tried countless resets and still stuck on please wait every time I turn it on. Any advice welcome, thanks

Ok hang in there. when you first boot up, keep pressing f8 until the pc beeps. you should possibly see a startup menu. select safe and see if it boots. post back with results.
