Why I can't open my computer??

Hello sir..many days i suffer from my computer.. when i open my computer there has gone a problem.. when i star power button the computer is on..then after a few minutes that will going to sleeping mood..and the monitor shows that the computer is sleeping mood... please sir tell me how i remove that problem...

Is this a laptop or a desktop? Perhaps the battery needs to be charged if it is a laptop. We need more details regarding the situation, please.
