A brand new laptop and you already get a windows error! I suggest that someone at the store where you purchased it had already tried it but aborted the installation.
Since it's under warranty, I strongly suggest that you take it back for an exchange. Trying to fix the issue may leave you with perpetual problems with the operating system.
