Problem detected Windows shut down to protect

In the blue screen I was unable to recover by fallowing restart +F8. Blue screen stated Zues was detected and put into quaramtine. Said dangerous software. According to a tech call line it's a scam and my laptop is being held hostage. How do I remove this holding state, I cannot get pass blue screen to navigate. Help

Well, it is just a scam ads that want to trick you on believing that your computer is infected by a virus. If you are using an ad block you are not going to see it. Just reset your browser and you will never see it again.
