I have to press main power supply multiple times to turn on pc

I am facing an issue with my desktop that I have to press main power button multiple time to turn on my pc. This problem started when I replaced the I ball smps to zebronix smps.

And this problem harmed me a lot. My hard drive started giving warning related to backup :(

Hard drive is not the main issue ,I want to fix the power issue first.

Have you faced such kind issue ?

I suggest you again replace the power supply with a different model.
