Hello, I've been trying to get back into my email addresses that someone one has hacked. I got rid of my old number and somehow the hacker has brought the number from T-Mobile. So basically this hacker has access too everything with my old number attached to it How can I prove its me with my passport my drivers licence social security number. Help I have everything needed to prove who the account belongs too. Yahoo please help me

Hi

When you created the account did you register an alternate recovery email address ?

Yes I did. The account that I lost access to is ***@***. The recovery address was ***@***.

Once you get to the stage where they ask for your mobile number, just click that you don't recognize it and you will get to the recovery email address part to where Yahoo will send you a recovery key.
