Hello,

Just factory reset my computer, installed the printer drivers and my computer doesn't recognize the printer.

An error message comes up during the driver installation saying there are no drivers installed.

Could factory resetting my computer have not reinstalled the USB drivers?

I check with some other USB's and plugging the printer into other USB slots and nothing comes up on the computer.
