Acrobat Reader gets the error

Hello! The problem is that: I downloaded a PDF fixe document, when read with Acrobat Reader gets the error: "an error Occurred while opening this document. An error occurred while reading the document (14)". What it is and how it can be cured, the file is quite important. Thanks in advance)

Yes , the file was damaged. How to restore to working condition ?
