Keyboard not functioning properly

Hi,
when I switch on my Acer aspire e15 notebook (laptop) and start typing my space key,arrow keys,back space key and enter key sometimes function nd stops along the line.. It's now on and off..please what should I do to resolve this issue
#2.. After turning on my laptop,when I try to open an application a small window appears "do you want to permanently delete this application"

Hello Clifford,

The issue with your keyboard is most often due to a circuit problem. Only a qualified technician can see to it.

As for your second question, what is the application or applications.
