Why are you charging me a monthly subscription to Skype

Why are you charging me a monthly subscription to Skype when I do not ever use it and have not subscribe d to it. And why am I unable to cancel it.? I've been charged for 4 months and require a refund.
If you do not resolve this asap I will have to take the matter further.
Please reply with as soon as possible.

Hi Jane,

I am afraid you are barking up the wrong tree. We are CCM not Skype. CCM is totally free.

Also, Skype is free if you call among Skype users.

You should take the matter further.

sorry CCM has nothing to do with Skype
