Computer Freezes

Hi, I think I have narrowed my computer problem down to: it only freezes on startup but only when it is a new day (date change problem?). I have had my computer checked 3 times in the past 3 days by technology experts. Each time they say it is fixed and it will work fine the rest of the day. Then the next day when I boot up it freezes again. So, I pull the plug and reboot. It might freeze again but by the 3rd boot up it is fine. Does anyone know why this is happening??? There are no viruses, hardware is fine, it has been defrag, temp files deleted, etc. Truly a mystery... I have a Dell Studio XPS Intel Core Processor i7 and Windows 10 (although it did this with Windows 7 too). Thanks in advance for all your help...
