While you are waiting on the machine to verify your account, lets play a game!
If it took 15 minutes to fix each problem a user had, and there were 1% of 2 billion having an issue, how long would it take in days to get to the end of the queue?

Facebook does not have an email address, they cannot handle replying to emails ! You probably wrote to some strange and mysterious organization.
