Pc restarts on its own

Hello,
My system get restarted everytime. Cleaned interior parts. Placed ram properly. Also tried to format the os. N tried to start it without any other hand other than the monitor n power plug. Also applied coolant. Can't figure it out.

Your problem is due to a power supply issue to which only a qualified technician can attend to.
