Forgot password and have new number & phone

I have forgotten my password and changed my number a log time ago but had the same phone and app well now I've gotten a new phone an trying to log in and its not letting me and I remember my security questions but its not letting me do it that way I've been trying all day so plz help with

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!

P.S. If you are not given the security question option, access is not possible.
