Account being hacked

Hello,

My account has been hacked by someone on 23rd july morning and the hacker has changed the password and recovery phone number please help me getting my account back by changing the account recovery phone number

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I was able to determine it because on my device it showed that account action required.
I was able to access the account last time on 23rd July till 9Am
