Can't play CDs in Windows 10

Hello,

My CD will not play since changing to Windows 10. Anyone know why? They use to. How do I check my driver?

Hi,

Press the Windows key. Type in computer, select Computer Management.

In the hardware tree, open up disk drives, and look for YELLOW warning signs. If there are no indications, and you can see the CD drive, then it may be a mechanical issue. Verify this, and post back!

Thank you so much. Windows 10 had changed properties.,or something. My CD is now playing. It is a book chapter, I tried the 2nd disc and it also played. Once again "Thank you so much!"
