Dell laptop trying to do a factory restore

Hello,

I'm trying to do a factory restore. I downloaded the Dell instructions for my dell laptop but when I get to the Advanced Boot Options menu the option to repair your computer is not listed. The only options listed are:

1. start windows normally
2. Safe mode
3. safe mode w/networking
4 safe mode with command prompt.

Help, please. Thank you

What Operating system? Did you make a recovery partition prior to his while it was functioning correctly? If you did not make a recovery partition (why it isn't displaying in the advanced startup), you will not be able to recover, but will have to reload the OS, loosing all data!
