New headphones suddenly stopped working

Hello,
A day after i bought my new computer my headphones suddenly couldn't work,however i fixed that easily going to volume mixer and seeing that sistem sounds were turned down.After about half a day or so this happend again but my headphones couldn't work on my phone or tablet,so i went to some guy to help me,he tested them and they worked,tomorow they worked just fine and suddenly stoped working on any device.I went and googled it but could only find few soulutions that wouldn't work,btw my operating sistem is windows 10 pro.Thank you.
