Computer refusing to boot, monitor does not display.

Heyo, appears ive run into an issue regarding my monitor, my computer says its "booting" (the power button is orange) but the monitor refuses to display. The HDD light is off, though I hear it turn on, all ram chips are infact plugged in, its pretty impossible to get work done, please help.

Could you please try another monitor to see if you get a signal ?

as I said, the pc will not bootup. The monitor does not recieve data.

I said it was booting in quotation marks, as it had completed starting all components and hardware, but wouldn't output anything to the monitor, and the light remained orange, the color that it shows when it is booting.
Yes I can hear the fan running.

From your description your computer is booting and your operating system seems to be okay. To troubleshoot the situation, check your monitor cables, if they are okay you should first try another monitor to see if you get a signal.

You wrote : "completed starting all components and hardware" without a signal to the monitor, how can you tell ?

I can tell because each component and hardware is warm, I can hear each at startup aswell.
