Camera doesn't work on a website

I'm trying to use the camera on my laptop and it says it's working perfectly fine and when I try to use it on a website it doesn't work but the webcam central works perfectly fine. What could be the problem?

Yeah had the same issues not long ago,
Generally it is connection to broadband that is causine the issues.
