Wii U users won't see Lara Croft anytime soon.
The sought after video game, Tomb Raider, will not be added to Nintendo's popular system, the Wii U. The creative director, Noah Hughes said the game would be altered from it's original experience through which it is played on other systems like Xbox, Playstation 3, and PC. As he wants to distribute practically the same experience to gamers on each platform, he states that " the Wii U often asks you to do something unique based on a unique interface. So that's something as a gamer I love, but it's something you don't want to do half-heartedly as a developer."
There have been rumors speculating that a AAA port of a Square Enix game headed to Wii U could be Tomb Raider but no further details are available at this time. The Wii U has been in the news recently for its Console Updates as well.
