. It allows rapid and full diagnosis of your computer. It scans your registry and lists the sensitive areas that are susceptible to infection. It is available in several languages: French, German, English, Spanish, Italian.
For your system's safety, ZHPDiag must be used only under guidance by a CCM Security contributor.
How to use
Click the Download
button above to download ZHPDiag.
Save the file on your Desktop.
Double click on ZHPDiag.exe
and follow the installation instructions. For Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 users, right-click to ensure you execute with admin rights.
Double click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop.
Click on Scan
and wait until the analysis is complete (maybe a long time).
To transmit the report, use TinyUpload
Search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\Desktop\ZHPDiag.txt
) and upload the file on TinyUpload.
Copy the URL given to you on TinyUpload.
Create a new topic on CCM's Viruses/Security forum
, explain your issue and paste the TinyUpload URL in your message.
Your log will be analysed and cleaning instructions will be given to you.
