The new UAA Audio Architecture is a class-leading driver architecture designed for personal computer audio solutions supported by Microsoft Windows operating systems. A UAA-compliant audio device is able to rely entirely on the operating system for driver support.
- High definition audio devices which are compatible with the Intel High Definition Audio specification. You can connect these devices to PCI or PCI Express bus and they can reside on an internal audio card, or be a part of a chipset integrated to the motherboard components.
