If you want to get in shape but you feel you don't have time, this could be the app you need to reach your fitness goals! 7 Minutes Training designates times for you to exercise daily, and each session lasts about as long as it takes you to make a coffee. The fitness program offered on the app is HICT (High Intensity Circuit Training), which is marked as "safe, effective, and efficient" by professionals when it comes to personal fitness.

This app will help you shed the pounds or bulk up your muscles thanks to the easy-to-follow explanatory videos. On top of that, it includes a virtual assistant which guides you in the workout. There are 12 exercises of 1.5 minutes and each is separated by a 10 second pause. You can repeat these exercises 2 to 3 times, and none of them require you to buy additional equipment.

Record your workouts to track your progress, set reminders so you don't forget to train, and connect it with your smart watch.
