Excel - Enter URLs in the text format

Upon entering a URL (copy/paste) in Excel, the latter is automatically converted into a clickable hyperlink.
If you want to add the URL in the text format simply precede it by apostrophe (') sign. For example:
  • 'http://ccm.net
  • Note that: The apostrophe (') sign won't be displayed!
