MAC - Define a custom keyboard shortcut-Finder Commands

Create a sortucut for a Finder option/command.
  • Go to Apple menu > System Preferences> Keyboard & Mouse.
  • In the dialog that appears select the Keyboard Shortcuts tab.
  • You'll notice the small + symbol, just click on the latter.
  • Application>Finder> Enter the Exact name of the command for which you want to create a shortcut and enter the key combination.
  • Validate with the Add button
