IE9 - Tear-off tabs

April 2018

Tabbed browsing allows you to easily move between different Web pages open in one window. If you want to examine two tabs at once, just use the tear-off tabs feature.

To do this, drag a tab out of Internet Explorer to open the Web page in a new window. You can then display the two tabs side by side.

To navigate more easily, a color code is applied to the tabs to indicate the open web pages.
