File .Bin into .Exe

I download a file on the internet in. Rar. When I unpacked a folder there are a .Bin file and a image files that are created. What I want to know is if it'll be possible to convert this file. Bin file. Exe without having to use CDs. Thank you in advance!

"... A .Bin file and an image file are created ...."

These two files are actually a disk copy, like. iso.
To use them, you need to mount them on a virtual drive (daemontools, MagicISO ...) or burn to CD \ DVD.
