Windows - Disable access to the Desktop properties

For some security issues you might want to disable the access to the "Desktop properties", here's a simple manipulation,
  • Click on Start> then Run > type "regedit" and press the Enter key
  • Look for the following key
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System
  • Right-Click > New> DWORD
  • Rename it as NoDispCPL and set its value to 1
