Access - Set all names to upper case

Issue

I've designed a table in Access and I want each entry in the "Name" field to be automatically converted to uppercase. How must I proceed?==

Solution

  • Open the table in edit mode.
  • To do this, select the table in the DATABASE button and click on the CHANGE button. Then select the NAME field. In the GENERAL tab at the bottom of the window, type the > symbol in the FORMAT field.
